We have a lot of people to thank for getting the gym up and running, many friends were willing to take time out of their days to help out.  One of the biggest pieces of equipment in the gym named “CARM” is our pull-up bar, which Carmen Volk fabricated for us.  So from now on if you are asked to kip on carm you know what we are talking about.  Carmen also built our pull-up bar in the door and hopefully if he is willing we have a few more jobs in store for him.
