I finally figured out how to get a profile pic / avatar on this (and other) blog.  Go to www.gravatar.com and create an account using the same email address as you used when you created your CFS blog account.  It will take a while to take effect but that global avatar will follow you around from blog to blog (as long as the blogs support global avatars).
