Today Oct.31/09 was the last day of the Jumpstart program. For our workout we did

5 pull ups/ 10 push ups/ 15 squats AMRAP in 10 minutes…I did 6 in about 9:40, so next time I will try to get to 7 so I'll have to pick up my pace. I was also able to do full push ups in the first 2 rounds, but then had to resort to knee pushups for the rest…maybe I will try to work on only doing 5 regular ones and 5 knee, and see how many rounds I will last doing that!

Otherwise, it was challenging and cannot wait to begin Level 1 classes… hopefully I do not feel out of place!
