A1. DL 321321
Didn't do this one as intended.
385# x3, 407.5 x 2 (meant to have 410), 425 x F, 415 x 1, 395 x F, 390 x F, 315 x 3, 315 x 3
A2. HSPU - 10 sec negative, kick-up x 6

DL's were great to do again. They didn't exactly go as intended though. I finished the first wave and couldn't get the second wave at weights larger or equal to the first wave. I did a couple of lighter sets instead.

B1 Pull-ups - 15, 15, 12
Still don't love pull-ups.

A1. Deadlift 321321 - rest 90 sec

155# x 3; 175# x 2; 195# x 1 (previous PR)
200# x 3; 205# x 2; 210# x 1 (PR!)
Pretty pumped to lift over 200 and surprised as we haven't done max DLs in awhile and they felt heavy at 155!!

A2. HSPU 6 x 3 @ 5-10.0.1.0 - rest 120 sec

Spent some time hanging upside down against the wall, which i normally chicken out of. Thanks for you help Chad!

B1. Pull-ups (over vertical) 3 x 15-25 - rest 90 sec

Way over time this morning, only did two sets of these...15 reps

Run 1 km: 2:59
Rest 10 Minutes
Run 1 km: 3:11

I think I'm happy with this. I enjoy this distance where you can push yourself all out the entire way. Plus Matt running right behind me was enough to scare me faster...

P.S. Sorry 5:00 class, didn't mean to be rude by leaving right after the run but had to go shower and change and be back downtown for 6:30

Run 1 km: 4:10
Rest 10 Minutes
Run 1 km: 4:06

Yeah I took 4 seconds off. It was a mental challenge to get through this. I can't wait to improve my run ability. I'm happy with the workout today.

Also did a couple fairly solid BN Jerks at 135#. Gotta lock out and stick the landing.. need to do these more, I like these.. really want to get better.
