    i hear ya both, i’ve been out stupid sick since tuesday night, and the most sudden onset in the history of illness (or at least my own). feeling better today, taking it easy so i’ll be good to go again tomorrow.

    and congrats to everyone on the solid progress i’ve been reading about! though it does make being away even that much harder lol

    Sumo DL- 1RM 165#
    When I went to do my 165# for my 100% I couldn’t get it. In fact it was so hard and I held it at my knees shaking and trying to move it for about 30 seconds before I put it down and somehow found my way to the bench where I almost passed out. The next time I attempted it, it went up no problem, so we were thinking that we may have calculated the weight wrong and my first attempt may have actually been 175#. Who knows for sure, all I know is I don’t ever want to have that feeling again!

    Sumo Deadlifts felt good today. This was my third session with them and the best so far. Did a max of 405#. Tried 410# on second 1RM, but failed.

    6 gym width sprints and 8 burpees
    5 rounds +6 gym sprints and 2 burpees.
