    This was my first time going up against “Fight Gone Bad”.

    It was also my first time doing wall ball and sumo deadlift high pulls.

    1 min 10# wall ball - 21, 12, 14 = 47
    1 min 47.5# SDLHP - 18, 12, 13 = 43
    1 min 18″ box jump - 11, 13, 14 = 38
    1 min 35# pushpress - 16, 11, 15 = 42
    1 min row for cal - 7, 6, 8 = 21

    total points - 191

    This is way harder than I thought it would be but I am really glad I did it :) The box jumps were the hardest to do but more of a mindgame than anything

    This was my first time doing FGB as Rx’d :) Last time I did this I used 45# for PP and SDLHP, and 12# for WB and got 216 that time. Very happy with how today went. Great job to all the people that game out to tackle this one on an early Saturday morning. And once again a huge shout out to Laurie M. who got a whopping 322!!!
