Came in this morning and worked on clean technique. Dipping and loading the ham’s was what the coaches had me working on.
worked up to 175# x 2 power and 185# x 2 clean

Sorry Dirk. There’s beef bacon, pastrami, weiners and souvlaki, but not processed elk meat.

I have been feeling guilt about not being at the gym all week, but I have been sick.
Thought I might have been able to make it in the last couple of days, but I am pretty sure my head might of exploded!! LOL! Stupid sinus infections!!:|
