Had to take the tape off during the second set of KTEs as it kept bunching up and sticking to the bar. Ripped hands suck. I’m hoping that the rest day will do them some well.
i loved the gut-punched feeling going into the second round. if i was old batman you would’ve seen *BOOF!* when i was back on the bar. fortunately my stigmata hands held up, though my abs felt nicely brutalized
15 KTE

Really need to develop that rhythm for KTE and I’m sure it will transfer to kip chins. Word to the wise, liquid NEW SKIN on your torn hands will feel like you spilt hydrocloric acid all over them, awesome….NAWT

My hands got destroyed, which were still bad from Angie last week, and tore beside the old wounds!!… but on the upside I did the first round of KTE very good using the kip and that masterpiece of Chad’s drawing of the head/lever arm angle diagram….but then just had to resort to just kipping/getting my knees up….was eventually hanging on my fingertips, so I wanted to do 5 rounds, but just couldnt bare the pain anymore!
Did this one a little modified due some issues with my right elbow…

Wowzers, that was something else. I have never done GH then regular sit-ups. When you move onto the regular sit-ups your body feels like it is being weighed down with a 50# vest! This is gonna hurt in a couple days.

Good work out, but a killer on the grip strength. Sure wish i could get some rhythm going on the kipping, spend way to much time just hanging around!!
A lot of those 6 am’ers are killing the KTE, looking good!

All I can say is that it was a good thing that I trimmed my callouses today before the workout!

15 x KTE (Kipping)
25 x Sit-Ups (Anchored)

Tough one. Abs really struggled after the first round. Only got about a round and a half of good gliding kip until the stomach gave out.
