- complete one full round and then rest the remaining portion of the minute before the next round is commenced.

The mad men of the noon hour - Keith and knibby putting 106# overhead and loving every minute of it.  Sorry for the foggy pics, I had the camera in the jeep and it was still defrosting when i took these.
