Coaches Thoughts:
A great cookbook that was found by one of the new Jump Start members (Mike Chovan). He found it at;

OK so to show that I was not a cherry picker yesterday, I did the workout scaled at home today with Courtney as my timer.
3 rounds 400m’s or so (ran the outer sidewalk of my block)
50 squats
13:01
Wow, killer on the legs, thanks for the motivation Courtney!

Great job Dee! Way to push through and speed up on that last round. Nothing like running in +30 weather in your own neighborhood while I blast Pretty Fly (for a white guy) for you!

Dee and Courtney that sounds like a blast! I wish I could have joined you for the pretty fly running and squatting since I missed it yesterday and heard it was awesome!
I went in this morning and did the workout as follows:
6 x 145# DL
8 pull-ups
6RFT
8:30
The DLs got heavy in a hurry and they got broken down to singles so maybe it was a little too heavy! Pull-ups felt pretty good even though I had to break some of the sets up.
I was also super excited to work with Chad on beginner muscle up stuff! I have a long ways to go before I get my first one but I will get there! Goal: get a muscle up by spring! I know its a long ways away but I think it will be a tough road.

You’ll do it Farrah, I have complete faith in you!
Before Jump Start today I thought I’d mess around with my pull-ups and try and string a couple together (which I haven’t been able to consistently do lately) and I was able to do 11 on my first attempt…..and then 13 (PR)! I think I may have finally fixed the problem, just in time for Fran next week!
