    Origin of FGB… I may not have all the details right but I thought that Coach designed up a WOD for a UFC fighter (BJ Penn??? that is the part I wasn’t sure about… pretty sure it was him…) based on time format of a fight; A 5 min round with a rest in between. He was obviously a pretty fit athlete and at the end of the workout he was dying on the floor and Coach asked him what he thought and he said: “it felt like a fight gone bad”. And so the name of one of the best WODs EVER was coined.

    Yay Angela! You have the correct answer and are the winner. Actually you had the only answer…everyone must have been away from their computers enjoying the nice weather we are finally having!

    I guess BJ Penn’s workout paid off in his fight against Kenny Florian on Saturday. Maybe he should take Forrest Griffin to the gym with him - wow was that ever embarrassing. By the way guys, remember that the gym in Toon is top notch. The crew in London is great (not as good as ours), but the facilities are sorely lacking in size and equipment (hopefully moving soon).
