We would like to thank Leah for the lovely cooler that keeps us all hydrated here at CFS.  Leah was kind enough to purchase this cooler for us before she left to Thailand on a medical aid trip (something like that, you will have to ask her about it).  Leah has trained with crossfit for quite a while now and will be gracing us with her presence soon, as she just got back in town recently.  We look forward to seeing you soon - thanks Leah.

Anyways I just wanted to send a special thanks out to some Regina crossfitters who came down for a thanksgiving WOD while visistong family here in S’toon.  Ferrah, Simon, Mike and Amy came to take on the thrusters and box jumps.  They all killed it, thanks for coming to visit us guys.

I thought it would be great to finally get some pce up of everyone working their butts off here at CFS.  We have been working hard and here are some pics to prove it.
