    Our INTRO session is a complimentary training session during which you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself.  Our INTRO session is a prerequisite for taking our Foundations Course. The purpose of the INTRO session is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your INTRO, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our group fitness program and classes.

    Welcome to CrossFit Saskatoon

    Welcome to the home of CrossFit in Saskatoon. We offer personal training, individualized program design, nutritional guidance, boot camps and CrossFit group class training to individuals of all ages and all levels of fitness. Our training is based on the highly effective CrossFit program.

    We frequently use the words “training” and “athlete”, but don’t let that be intimidating.  When using those words we are basically referring to a person (athlete) who learns and uses (trains) the functional CrossFit exercise movements.  So here you have been a CrossFit “athlete” all these year, but just did not know it!

    Speaking of words…the word “functional” is likely one of the most incorrectly and overused words in the fitness world today.  We utilize true functional movements that translate into everyday use and improved quality of life.  To us functional movements do not use complicated machines and instead are multi-joint, full body movements like squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling etc.

    Another great and practical thing about CrossFit is that it is scalable…we can take the functional CrossFit exercise movements and tailor them to a person’s size, strength, age, fitness level, etc.  This means that no matter how fit or unfit you are, you can have a workout at your individual level.

    On top of that we constantly vary our exercises…so much so that you often go months without doing the same workout.  We constantly mix things up for several reasons…1) you become more fit as your body reacts to this constant variety, 2) you don’t get bored or stuck in the same old routine and 3) it’s way more fun and interesting this way.

    Finally, we are the polar opposite of the intimidating standard big gyms.  We are small, personable, supportive and are truly interested in seeing every member’s fitness improve.  Speaking of members, We have a diverse mix of members…they range from 15 to 63 years old, male and female, all kinds of shapes
    & sizes, fit and unfit.  We enjoy and encourage this diversity, yet something all of our members have in common is that they are working on improving their fitness and doing so in a gym where they feel comfortable.

    • Class Schedule . This takes you to the CrossFit Saskatoon On-Line calendar and scheduler. Use this link to check dates and times for our Foundations Courses, Group Classes, workshops, etc. At CrossFit Saskatoon On-Line you can also create a secure account to keep on top of your training schedule (register for classes, look at your past visit history, etc) and update your profile (address, phone number, email etc).
    • Getting Started. Go here for information on how easy it is to get started with CrossFit at our gym or to ease into it on your own.
    • What We Offer. This is the spot to go for the scoop on who we are and what we do. Information is nicely organized into:
